Terms And Conditions

Doze til Dawn practice under the following Terms and Conditions (Ts&Cs). By using the Doze til Dawn website and engaging with Doze til Dawn sleep services, you understand and agree to accept these Ts&Cs. These terms are legally binding so please read them carefully. 

 

Doze til Dawn is compliant with GDPR policies and guidelines with the aim to protect the rights and privacy of all it’s clients. Please also read the privacy policy. 

 

  1. All representatives of Doze til Dawn have undertaken extensive training and research into sleep, gaining qualifications through The Positively Parenthood Sleep School. They are not medically trained, and their advice comes from previous experience, training and opinion only; their advice is not a medical diagnosis and should not be treated as such. However, they can support the identification of issues relating to sleep, suggested management strategies and suggest when alternative professional support may be necessary. You should always seek medical advice from a doctor or medical professional should you have any concerns about your child’s health or specific medical condition. 

 

Safety

 

  1. Doze til Dawn advises that all parents follow SIDS guideline when dealing with their child’s sleep. Please refer to http://www.lullabytrust.org.uk


 

Fees and Cancellations

 

  1. The fee for Doze til Dawn Sleep Packages are due in advance of the initial consultation. If the package is cancelled the following terms and conditions apply: 

 

Less that 48 hours notice- full amount payable

48 hours to 7 days notice- 50% of final fee payable

More than 7 days notice- full refund

 

  1. Doze til Dawn accepts that whilst working with small children there are sometimes situations where consultations or home visits need to be cancelled due to illness. If this is the case, Doze til Dawn will endeavour to work with the client to arrange another date and there will be no charge or cancellation fee as long as the same service is being booked within 28 days. 

 

  1. Doze til Dawn reserves the right to cancel consultations or workshops at short notice due to personal circumstances- in this event all clients will be offered a full refund or chance to reschedule the consultation or workshop at a later date. Payment for a workshop confirms your place on that given workshop and is non-refundable form the point of booking.

 

Services

 

  1. Any medical or feeding concerns about your baby or child should be expressed in the early consultation stages of sleep training so that these can be addressed before putting together a plan.

 

  1. If a client’s child has an underlying health condition, Doze til Dawn reserves the right to not proceed with the consultation. If this is the case, the client will receive a full refund. 

 

  1. Following your consultation, the intention will be to send your sleep plan to you within 48 hours. 

 

  1. Parents/carers are strongly encouraged to read their sleep plan through carefully before embarking on any sleep coaching/new routines/changes. 

 

  1. It is advised that the parents are consistent and stick to the sleep plan provided in order to achieve success. The outcome of sleep coaching depends highly on parental consistency and therefore by agreeing to undertake sleep coaching, the parents agree to work alongside Kate at Doze til Dawn to achieve the best results possible. 

 

  1. All of our methods are tried and tested and work for the majority of families Kate works with, however Doze til Dawn does not accept responsibility or liability for sleep coaching that does not achieve the required results during the support package process. The plans are designed to have the baby/child sleeping well within a specific time frame; however, the parents accept responsibility for this success after Kate has finished her time in the client’s home, on the phone or after the support period. 

 

  1. Kate works closely with clients to ensure that you get the results you would like for your baby or child. In the unlikely event that you don’t see the intended progress, there is always a reason and Kate may suggest alternatives which could include investigating medical or dietary issues. During this process you will need to work closely with Kate and be willing to try alternatives.  

 

  1.  Doze til Dawn is not responsible for any third parties who we signpost you to for further specialised help. You engage other professionals at your own risk.

 

Support Periods

 

  1. Doze til Dawn follow up email and Whatsapp service includes unlimited text and email support for clients following their initial consultation or home support packages, for the period stated in the package information. Phone calls or further support can be booked and paid for separately via the website.

 

  1. Doze til Dawn is contactable during the hours of 8am to 8pm during the support period from Mondays to Fridays, and Saturdays 9am-6pm. During this time messages and emails will be responded to as soon as possible, usually within 24 hours however there may be times when Kate is with a client or due to personal circumstances cannot reply as quickly as this.

 

  1. The Support Period is non-refundable and lasts for the designated time, post consultation, unless a date has been agreed otherwise. If the support is not used by the client, there is no refund available. If the support period is rescheduled due to illnesss or family circumstance, it can only be rescheduled for up to 28 days after the initial consultation. After this time, it is likely that another consultation would be needed due to changes for the child. 

 

  1. If in the weeks and months after the consultation’s follow up support finishes the client experiences a relapse in sleep, the client will not be eligible for a refund. Sleep regressions are a normal occurrence in babies’ sleep and there can be a number of different causes for this, unrelated to advice given by Doze til Dawn. However, Doze til Dawn does offer an additional follow up support option to buy for previous clients to get top up advice.

 

  1. The use of any guidance from Doze til Dawn is done so at your own risk. In no event shall Doze til Dawn be liable for any damages including, without limitation, incidental and consequential damages, or personal injury/wrongful death resulting from following or inability to follow the guidance. 

 

  1. The content that Doze til Dawn provides is for personal use only. It is not to be shared. You will be in breach of our Ts &Cs if you are buying to use for your own financial gain, including that of use within your own sleep support organisation or sharing with friends for their own use. 

 

Use of Our Website

 

  1. We do not guarantee that the website will be secure or free from bugs or viruses. It is your responsibility to use your own virus protection software. 

 

  1. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our website, the server on which our website is stored or any server, computer or database connected to our website. 


 

  1. You may link to our home page, provided you do son in a way that is fair and legal and does not damage our reputation or take advantage of it. You must not establish a link in such a way as to suggest any form of association or approval on our part where none exists.
